We are across the street from a building called Heritage Medical Plaza. There is a Publix supermarket across the street on Hwy 212. Parking is available and handicap accessible.

DIRECTIONS FROM CONYERS/COVINGTON

From I-20, take Exit 82, which is Hwy 138, turn left or away from the Horse Park
Turn right on Stockbridge Hwy/Hwy 138, at Wachovia Bank across from Mellow Mushroom
Continue on Hwy 138 for 3.5 miles, passing Lowes and Heritage High School on the right
Turn right on Owens Dr, just before the intersection of Hwy 212

DIRECTIONS FROM STOCKBRIDGE

Take exit 228 off I-75 onto Hwy 138 East Hwy 138 turns right at intersection with Wal-mart, continue on 138 east, cross Hwy 155 and continue for almost 5 miles to Hwy 212
Cross over Hwy 212 we are the first building on left across from Heritage Medical Plaza
