Katisha Patterson, FNP-C


Katisha Patterson is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of Georgia to provide family centered health care to patients of all ages. Although her specialty is in Family, Katisha has decided to branch off into the practice of women's health, where she is truly passionate. She received her Bachelors of Science from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia and her Masters from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga. She has a medical background of working in mental health, medical surgical and postpartum. Katisha is a proud Atlanta native who takes pride in being able to service people around the areas in which influenced her upbringing. She is truly passionate about being able to help women of all age's live healthier lives. She currently resides in Conyers, Ga. with her husband. Some of her hobbies include spending time with family, bowling, skydiving and many other activities. Not only does she enjoy helping others, but she finds it very important to enjoy and appreciate every aspect of life.







Joi Raines


Before joining The Women’s Center, Joi spent over 12 years providing compassionate bedside nursing care to women from various backgrounds and ages. Her experience working as a registered nurse on Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and GYN Surgical floors has provided Joi with a vast amount of knowledge and passion for women’s healthcare. Joi originally attended Gordon State College, in Barnesville, Georgia, where she earned both an Associate’s degree in nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Years later, while working at a metro-Atlanta hospital, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Georgia State University in 2015 specializing in Women’s Health. Joi is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed by the state of Georgia.

Early on, Joi has always desired to work in a profession that would allow her to help women across the lifespan live healthy lifestyles and leave lasting impacts on their lives. She values the patient-provider relationship and strives to provide her patient’s the best care possible believing that a healthy partnership can be maintained through open-honest communication, ensuring trust and mutual respect, and an ongoing commitment to patient care.

Joi lives in McDonough with her husband and two young children. Her interests include all aspects of fitness, traveling, and exploring her love for food.
